Safety Standards
These aren't guidelines — they're non-negotiables that apply to every Volant crew member, on every job, every time.
Every member of our three divisions undergoes continuous safety training. We don't send hands to location unless they are qualified, certified, and prepared for the conditions they will face.
Working with 22,500 PSI demands more than caution — it demands discipline, calibrated equipment, and a shop built for it. Our hydrostatic testing is performed in reinforced safety bunkers with procedures that leave nothing to chance.
A full JSA is completed before every rig-up, rig-down, or torque-and-test job — no exceptions, no shortcuts. Site conditions and hazards are reviewed and signed off before a single tool is touched.

Our crews are always outfitted with FRCs, impact gloves, hard hats, safety glasses, and steel toe boots — minimum. Task-specific PPE is required and enforced across all divisions, every job, without exception.
