How Volant was built.
Volant LLC was founded in 2020 with a clear purpose — to fill the gap between what oilfield operators needed and what existing companies were delivering. What started as a specialized shop quickly grew into something bigger, driven by demand, trust, and a team that refused to cut corners.
What began as a single-focus operation expanded into three specialized divisions — each one built around the same commitment to getting the job done right the first time. Today, Volant operates across iron recertification, field services, and logistics, delivering seamless support for oilfield operations.
With 20+ years of combined experience, our leadership team has seen every condition the Permian Basin can produce — and built Volant to handle all of them.
