Step One
Whether it's a scheduled job or an emergency, our dispatch team picks up 24/7 — no voicemails, no delays. We gather the details on the spot: location, scope, timeline, and urgency level.
Our goal is to have a crew assigned and moving within 60 minutes of the first call.
Step Two
We match the job to the right division and the right hands. Our iron recertification, field services, and logistics divisions each have their own specialty — you get the team trained for exactly what you need.
GPS tracking keeps you informed from departure to arrival — no wondering where your crew is.
Step Three
Before any tool is picked up, our crew conducts a full JSA on location. We assess the site conditions, identify hazards, and confirm the plan before work begins.
Every hand on every Volant job has full Stop-Work Authority — if something doesn't look right, work stops until it is.
Step Four
Our crews work with precision and urgency. Every task is performed to spec — whether it's a torque value, a hydro pressure, or a final-mile delivery.

Every Volant job closes with full digital documentation. COCs, inspection reports, and field tickets are generated on-site and delivered to the operator before the crew leaves.
